Len Horsman used 10 Market Street in the 70’s and earlier as an outlet for the sale of coal and solid fuel sources. In the same building, a wool shop become very well known in the area. Commercial Market Activity

Despite un-certainties on the European stage, commercial property activity within the more local North Devon region has remained brisk over recent weeks with several local businesses expanding their operations or setting up new ventures. Office suites have been LET by us to Urban Office interiors and Probus promotions at Pilton Causeway and Castle street respectively whilst a new start “body shop supplies” business has been set up following our letting of a business unit at Woodside Court Roundswell.
