 A former outlet for the sale of coal in central Barnstaple has been sold by Underwood Warmington. Len Horsman used 10 Market Street in the 70’s and earlier as an outlet for the sale of coal and solid fuel sources. In the same building, a wool shop become very well known in the area. We were encouraged by the strong interest we generated with a good number of viewers and several offers, resulting in the property successfully being sold to a local buyer.

Despite un-certainties on the European stage, commercial property activity within the more local North Devon region has remained brisk over recent weeks with several local businesses expanding their operations or setting up new ventures.
