South Leigh Hotel Sold For Receivers

We have sold the South Leigh Hotel Ilfracombe, having been appointed by Receivers. Dean Warmington explained "The business had ceased trading and had been fully boarded up. We embarked on an extensive marketing campaign iniviting offers over £300,000. We were encouraged by the strong interest we generated with a good number of viewers and several offers, resulting in the property successfully being sold to a local buyer.
