Barnstaple business expansion

“Web Based Solutions” are expanding their business following a letting we have negotiated with them for office space at Roundswell Business Park, Barnstaple. The premises are located in Branhams Crescent and comprise 1,560 sq ft space of combined office and storage space. The building is adjacent to Millenium House.

Business partners Matt Cooper and David Clarke established WBS over 10 years ago providing I.T support for small and medium sized businesses, assisting over 100 users per day. The company also offer web site design and hosting. More recently they have expanded the business to offer a comprehensive scanning service for legal and other important documents. The increased business space at Roundswell will facilitate this expansion. We negotiated and completed this letting within 3 weeks.
