The Business

The Corner Sandwich Bar has traded successfully for many years and in our client’s hands since summer 2019. These hours could naturally be extended if desired.  The existing menu includes a variety of hot & cold food and beverages. We consider that no specific previous catering training is required to operate this business – just a hard-working attitude and an ambition to take this business forward. Future trading potential would certainly include Saturday/Sunday/Evening opening, more tables outside on undercover area owned by Landlord not Town Council, room to extend the scope of outside catering/buffet contracts, introducing UBER EAT, JUST EAT deliveries etc.
